This Iced Matcha Latte is so easy and you get the taste just like a coffee shop, except it’s homemade in minutes. You will know how to make a simple drink that’s high in antioxidants, and protects your beauty and health from the harmful summer rays.



■Ingredients (serves 1):

  • 60ml warm water
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 200ml soy milk or almond milk
  • Any sweetener of your choice like maple syrup, honey or agave
  • Ice cubes
  • Matcha ice cream (optional)


  1. In a little bowl, mix the matcha powder with warm water and stir it up until there are no clumps.
  2. Add the sweetener and mix. 
  3. In a glass, put some ice cubes and pour the soymilk. Add the matcha mix (add some frothed milk on top if you have a milk frother but you can skip if you don’t), top it with a scoop of matcha ice cream and enjoy!
