Recipe
■Ingredients (serves 1):
- 60ml warm water
- 1 tsp matcha powder
- 200ml soy milk or almond milk
- Any sweetener of your choice like maple syrup, honey or agave
- Ice cubes
- Matcha ice cream (optional)
■Steps
- In a little bowl, mix the matcha powder with warm water and stir it up until there are no clumps.
- Add the sweetener and mix.
- In a glass, put some ice cubes and pour the soymilk. Add the matcha mix (add some frothed milk on top if you have a milk frother but you can skip if you don’t), top it with a scoop of matcha ice cream and enjoy!
