  2. Talk Session about Japanese Sake by Japanese Sake Brewer & Beverage Journalist,
  3. Talk Session about exploring Similarity of Savor between Indian and Japanese Cooking Experts of both countries.

1. Yoshinori’s Lecture & Demonstration about “WASHOKU”  at 10:00am

Chef Yoshinori TEZUKA (Yoshi) presents the philosophy of “WASHOKU” and beautiful SUSHI for “Vegetarian”.

Chef Yoshi is the fourth generation SUSHI chef of “MATSUNOZUSHI” in Tokyo, Japan.
He is committed to introducing SUSHI and Japanese culture around the globe, and he caters for events and celebrities’ private parties in Japan and internationally. He presents various lectures, especially his lecture “Enjoy SUSHI with Five Senses” is very popular.

2. Talk Session about Japanese Sake, the grace from fermentation of Rice at 11:00am

A leading Sake Brewer “TSUCHIDA Sake Brewery” and Japanese Sake Professionals in India talk about attracts of the grace from fermentation of rice, and the strategy of propagation of Sake in India.
